Request Officials

Use this form to request the services of the GLOA for non-Georgia High School Association (GHSA) lacrosse events, such as local and regional tournaments, non league games, etc. Tournament rates must be negotiated with the GLOA Treasurer prior to the event (treasurer@galaxref.com).

Note: The GLOA provides officials for boys/men’s lacrosse contests. If you are seeking officials for girls/women’s lacrosse, please visit the Georgia Women’s Lacrosse Umpire Board (http://gwlub.web.officelive.com/).

GLOA 2011 Rates & Fees
Tournaments:	$120 appx. – rates vary depending on number of games, location, and level of play
High School Varsity Level	$149
Sub-Varsity	$137
HS Summer/Fall	$120 (one hour running clock)
MS Summer/Fall	$100 (one hour running clock)

The above-listed rates include two, U.S. Lacrossee Level 2 trained, adult officials.

Note: A minimum of 30 (thirty) days’ notice is required for submitting a request for officials. Any requests received with less than 30 days’ notice may not be covered. Submitting this request does not guarantee that the GLOA will provide officials. You will be notified as soon as possible if there are any problems fulfilling this requeste.
