2008 Officials Test

This form must be submitted to register for training.

This form gathers the basic registration information to speed up the beginning of class and to insure that the information that we collect is correct. The goal of this registration page is to insure that we get accurate information to U.S. Lacrosse. Please be as complete as possible. The minimum required inputs are Name, email, Date of Birth, and training session. The form will not allow you to submit without this information. When you successfully submit this form, you will be returned to the main GLOA web page.

Prior to registering for the class please carefully read the Men's Level 1 Officials Training Handout. The handout provides a lot of important information to the new trainee and their parents. Do not send emails asking questions answered by the Trainee Handout.

The fee for the classroom training is collected at the beginning of the class. There is no need to mail it in advance. Prior to the class, an email will be sent to everyone who is registered for the class. That message will provide the exact location of the training class, the name of the person to whom the checks should be made out, and the exact amount of the class. The class fee varies because the cost of whistles varies by supplier. The check amount will be approximately $38.50.

Coaches who wish to "audit" the training may do so without paying a fee.  No printed materials will be provided unless pay the fee.  The fee covers the cost of training materials only.

Reminder: This training is only for prospective Boy's/Men's Lacrosse officials.

You must click the "Submit Registration" button below to register!
