The GLOA Board will hold elections this summer. All members seeking a spot on the board run for at-large seats, the board then elects their officers. There are currently four seats up for election: Trey Towery, Landon Hunsucker, Clyde Allen and Herbert Phillips. All current members plan to run for re-election.
If you are interested in running for a position or would like to nominate someone, please email the Greg Hite at [email protected] by Thursday May 13 at 6:00 pm. Please note that the nominee must agree to run for the position.
As we anticipate a smaller turnout for the banquet, we ask that all candidates record a brief video that we can share to all members. Please share the video with Greg by Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 6:00 pm.
Voting begin Saturday May 15, 2021 and will end 7-days later on May 22, 2021 at 6:00 pm. Per the Bylaws (Section 2.3), the four candidates with the largest vote totals will be elected to serve on the Board.
