The GLOA is committed to creating new training tools for our officials. With that goal in mind we are pleased to introduce our videos section to any and all lacrosse officials who want to learn more about penalties, mechanics, and officiating techniques.

Here are the current video topics:

• Tutorials – these videos focus on basic “how-to.” Like how to use The Arbiter
• Instruction – in-depth discussion and explanation of techniques and mechanics
• You Make The Call – excellent video series from US Lacrosse on a variety of penalties
• Technical Fouls – view various technical fouls at game speed and slow motion
• Personal Fouls – view various personal fouls at game speed and slow motion
• Lacrosse Signals – US Lacrosse’s animated demonstrations of every lacrosse signal in the book
