The GLOA Board will hold elections following our end of season banquet. All members seeking a spot on the board run for at-large seats and serve three-year terms, the board then elects their officers.
There are currently three seats up for election held by Julius Milton, Brian Higgins and Mike Collver.
Brian Higgins plan to run for re-election. Julius Milton and Mike Collver have opted not to run. We thank both Mike and Julius for their years of service to the association.
Nominations
If you are interested in running for a position or would like to nominate someone, please email Greg Hite at [email protected] by Thursday May 14, 2026 at 5:00 pm. Please note that the nominee must agree to run for the position.
We ask that all candidates attend the End of Season Banquet on May 17 and address the attendees or if unable to attend that they record a brief video or write a short statement that we can share with all members. Please share with Greg by Saturday May 16, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
Election
Voting will begin Monday May 18, 2026 and run through Tuesday May 25, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
Per the Bylaws (Section 2.3), the three candidates with the largest vote totals will be elected to serve on the Board.
