In order to receive access to the online version of the 2025 rulebook, you need to set up an account at NFHS.org. It has to be linked to the same email that is used by GHSA (ie Dragonfly email).
Once your registration is approved by GHSA, you will receive an email indicating that you now have access to the rule book using NFHS All Access.
In addition to the desktop site, you can download the NFHS All Access app for your Android or iPhone.
