As we come to the end of the season, officials, coaches and players have submitted questions about the rules. Here are a few reminders and clarifications on illegal crosses,faceoff crosses, eye black, penalties in running time games, and over and back. NFHS and USL Rules Memos 2016

The NFHS and US Lacrosse have released a number of memos clarifying rules for 2016.  Key rules clarification involve the dive play, over and back rule and goalie exception for stringing rules and tape on faceoff crosses.
