Stretching Warm-up and Cool-Down Videos

These videos have been provided by Lisa Weinert who gave a session on stretching warm-ups and cool-downs at our training classes at Pope High School this year. Lisa’s philosophy is that a complete stretching routine will help in the goal of having fun and not getting injured. She has been an athlete and a trainer for a significant amount of time and can also assist in fitness sessions, yoga classes and assessments with regards to mobility and stability.
